Full definition
Two-part acrylic structural adhesive joining metals, plastics (PVC, ABS, PC) and composites (FRP). Key advantage: tolerates surfaces with less preparation than epoxy (bonds through light oil contamination). Tensile strength: 20–30 MPa; excellent impact and cyclic fatigue resistance. Cure time: 10–60 minutes at room temperature. Service temperature: -40 to +120 °C. Brands: Loctite EA 9394, 3M DP810, Plexus MA300.
