What is a technical equivalence?

A technical equivalence is the correspondence between products from different manufacturers that meet the same dimensional, material and performance specifications. In B2B industrial supply, finding the exact replacement is critical to maintaining operational continuity without modifying the original equipment design.

This calculator covers the main lines of V-belts (profiles A, B, C, SPA, SPB, 3V, 5V), synchronous belts (HTD 3M, 5M, 8M, 14M), Poly-V belts, industrial rubber (SBR, NBR, anti-slip), neoprene (sheet, fabric-backed, by meter), industrial flooring and power transmission pulleys. Equivalences are based on ISO 4184, ISO 13050, DIN 7753, ASTM D2000 and RMA IP-20/22 standards.

Referenced brands: Gates, Optibelt, Continental, Dayco, Mitsuboshi, Bando, Megadyne, SKF, Parker Hannifin, among other leading manufacturers in power transmission and industrial elastomers.
