Rubber Floor Tile

Individual square pieces of vulcanized rubber flooring, typically 500×500 mm or 1,000×1,000 mm, installed individually with adhesive or interlocking connectors. The tile format offers practical advantages over continuous rolls: easier handling and transport (especially for upper floors via elevator), simple individual tile replacement when damaged (no need to remove surrounding flooring), reduced installation waste (cut pieces from edges can be used elsewhere), and easier navigation around columns, equipment bases, and floor drains. Thicknesses: 3-8 mm (commercial), 10-15 mm (industrial/sport), 15-50 mm (weight room/gym). Materials: virgin SBR/EPDM (consistent color and properties), recycled tire rubber with PU binder (economical, excellent for gym/sport), or natural rubber (maximum durability). Connection types: full-spread adhesive (most permanent), puzzle/jigsaw interlock (removable, no adhesive, ideal for rental spaces and trade shows), pin/dowel connectors, and loose-lay (large format tiles that stay in place by weight). Per ASTM F1344 for rubber floor tile specifications. Brands: Regupol (Everroll), Ecore (formerly Dodge-Regupol), Nora, Mondo.
