Assembly of impact bars in a frame that replaces the conventional idler station at high-energy loading zones. Provides continuous and uniform impact absorption across the entire transfer area. The cradle design distributes load over a larger surface, reducing point pressure on the belt. Brands: Martin Engineering (Impact Cradle), Flexco, ASGCO. Extends belt life up to 3× compared to standard impact idlers by eliminating gaps where flex fatigue concentrates.
